EFT Tapping
Emotional freedom technique (EFT) which people often refer to as EFT tapping is an alternative treatment for physical pain and emotional distress. It’s also referred to as tapping or psychological acupressure.
It is a therapy for anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and some other conditions
It involves tapping specific points on the body, primarily on the head and the face, in a particular sequence. While doing this, the person focuses on the issue that they wish to treat.

It's a treatment at an unconscious level and allows a client to surrender negative emotions linked to past experiences and transform their internal programming.
The intention of this therapy is to help individuals refrain from being reactive to present situations based on their past experiences. It is a reprogramming process to help a person let go of past influences and bring a healthier sense of well-being.
