It’s a cliché, but it’s grounded in truth: There is so much more that unites us as humans than that which divides us. We all have a deep-rooted need for communal support. We all feel physically better when our minds are in good shape, and we all could benefit from a less cluttered routine.I’m thrilled that we get to explore these topics together. I’m here not to teach you, but to learn with you, as we navigate life’s seasons. This is a safe space. Let’s throw all stigmas out the window as we work to increase our wellness of body and spirit.

What's the best time to meditate? We recommend meditating first time in the morning if you can. It’s a nice way to start the day and is usually the easiest time to find a few undisturbed minutes. The most important thing is to pick a time that works for you and try to consistently meditate at that time.
-
Where should I meditate?Any reasonably quiet, comfortable place where you’re not likely to be interrupted is just fine.
-
How should I sit during meditation?Sit in the middle of a chair with your legs uncrossed, feet flat on the floor and hands resting on the legs or on your lap. The important thing is to set your body up in a way that your muscles are able to switch off and relax.
-
How long should I meditate ?If you are an beginner , 10 - 15 minutes per day is good. You can gradually increase the time you meditate.
-
How to concentrate in meditation ?Listening to calming music such as the sound of sea waves, jungle birds chirping, or "meditation music" may help you to concentrate. You could concentrate on a calming thought / object as well to stay focus.
